Bio: With prior theatrical experience (and including being a national champion cheerleader), along with logistical management in the US Army as a veteran, I have incorporated my experience of the mixture of artificial environments, history, land use planning, and service-orientation into an array of knowledge with over 5 years as a professional planner and 15 years as a leader in my community for various boards. This includes open space systems - parks, preservation, & conservation; permitting, zoning management, review and evaluation for Master Planned Communities, Planned Unit Developments, commercial and industrial complexes with mini-site to site-development plans, subdivisions and its exemptions, legal interpretation and consultation, etc.
