Bio: Mary Ann Waldinger is a Principal Planner and Technical Services Team Lead. She is responsible for the development, maintenance, and application of the region’s travel demand model, air quality conformity demonstration, and benefit-cost analyses, and oversees the transportation management and operations plan. MaryAnn has been with COMPASS since 1996. She is an Idaho native with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Boise State University.
